Jane Weaver

Jane started her career in administration with Birmingham City Council, before moving into PA work in retail and finally as a PA to a Board of Directors in the Utility Industry.

She then took up a role as a PA in a logistics company and led a management buyout of the business, becoming owner and Managing Director. The business progressed successfully, increasing turnover four-fold through offering additional services, moving premises and establishing a reputation as a high-quality service company.

During this time, in recognition of her success, Jane won an Everywoman Director of the Year award, the Chamber of Commerce Small Business of the Year award and Jane was made a fellow of the Institute of Couriers in 2016.

In 2016 Jane sold her business and now offers coaching, mentoring and consultancy services to others who seek to replicate her success. She has now joined Orange and Blue Action as a full time Leadership Coach and Senior Associate.
